Baked Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe


These amazing baked sweet potato wedges will become you new favorite side dish. They’re so easy to make – just slice into wedges, toss with yummy seasonings and oil, and bake! You’re going to wish you had this recipe sooner.

Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Serves: 2-3 people per 1 large sweet potato

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 large sweet potato
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 large zip lock bag
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil spray

Baked Sweet Potato Wedges Ingredients

Directions:

Preheat oven to 420 degrees.

Cut up sweet potato into wedge size pieces.

Add pieces into zip lock bag and cornstarch and shake until all sweet potatoes are coated.

Add in paprika, garlic, and chili powder.

Add in olive oil and shake again until all is coated with the oil.

Lay an aluminum piece onto a baking sheet and place the coated sweet potatoes on top.

Spray each piece with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes flip the pieces and bake for another 10 minutes.
