Nordic Ware Commercial Baking Sheet

I LOVE my half-sheet commercial baking sheets. I use them for everything, they are by far the best baking sheets around.

In a medium sized bowl, combine together the ground chicken and egg, mixing gently until the egg is mixed in well. This is an important step, as the egg is what helps the patty to stay together.

Once combined, add in your bacon bits, jalapeno, grated cheddar, salt, and seasoning salt. Mix gently until combined.

Form into six to eight patties, sizing them appropriately for the size of your buns. Place patties on the foiled lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

Place cooked patties on a hamburger bun and top with your favorite toppings such as: fried bacon, cheese, avocado, or mayonnaise. Enjoy!

What I love about this recipe is I feel like I’m treating my husband to a meal I know he’ll love, but I don’t have to mess with the grill. Just form the patties, toss them into the oven, and dinner is baking without any additional effort. These yummy chicken bacon jalapeno burgers have a lot of different flavors to them that work perfect together.
