Monday tends to be the least favorite day of the week. It’s the day we have to stop relaxing and having fun and get back to the grind. The beginning of another week of working hard. Mondays don’t need to be miserable though. Let’s make Mondays great again by making them fun and special.

My favorite Monday activity is baking bread for the week. The house smells like fresh baked bread for a couple of days which I love.

I used to eat at the Einstein Bros on campus when I was in college. I loved to switch up what kind of bagel I got, but I always loved to get a strawberry cream cheese schmere!

My husband is off on Sunday and Monday so our favorite Monday activity is to go to the lake. It’s not crowded and it’s just a nice time to relax or do some fishing.
