How OmegaBrite Helps with Stress

Roughly two years ago, I was in my last semester of business school going for a degree in accounting. I was in school full-time in a very difficult degree program. I was also working at a part-time internship and still writing here at A Mom’s Take.

This post is written on behalf of OmegaBrite. All opinions are my own.

I had my three kids at home, my oldest being almost 14 and my youngest was about 9. Then, to top it all off, I was going through a divorce after 15 years of a fairly difficult marriage. I was so stressed out that I sometimes thought and wondered how often people die from being over-stressed and if I was next.

The stress started physically wearing on me when I began clenching my jaw so tightly in the middle of the night that I would have dreams about breaking my teeth. I ended up with severe jaw pain for a while there too.

I guess the point I’m trying to get at here was that I was at a very difficult time in my life. I was so stressed out I thought I was going to have a heart attack and die. I was causing myself physical pain. My grades were suffering, my kids were suffering, I was suffering.

I started looking for whatever I could to help me get through school and get some relief from the stress and the pain it was causing me. I wanted to stay away from medication and prescription drugs. I started taking Melatonin and L-Theanine supplements at night to help me relax so hopefully I wouldn’t clench. I also began using whatever Essential Oils I could find that I thought might help and I started taking the OmegaBrite that I had stockpiled in my cupboard.

I had read up on the benefits of taking OmegaBrite when I had written a previous post for OmegaBrite called, 6 Busy Mom Hacks to Make Life Easier. I had a ton of boxes I had gotten and decided that the benefits thatOmegaBrite could give me were all exactly what I needed help with at that very moment in my life. The two biggest ones being to help manage my stress and being able to retain what I was learning in class so I could pass.

So what is OmegaBrite exactly then? OmegaBrite is a 100% all natural Omega-3 supplement. Omega-3 is a fatty acid derived from fish that is essential to our bodies health. We don’t make it naturally, so we have to get it through our diet.

Eicosapentaenoic acid or EPA, is a type of Omega-3 that helps with healthy immune function, brighter mood (which I could have really used), cognitive clarity (was also extremely useful),  joint, eye and brain health. It also helps with cardiac function. Docosahexaenoic acid or DHA, is another type of Omega-3 acid crucial for neurological and visual development in unborn children and newborns as well as brain health at every age.

EPA and DHA are found in seafood and marine algae. Omega-3s have been said to improve high blood pressure, reduce inflammation and help improve mood. There are no known side effects and because OmegaBrite is protected from oxidation during manufacturing by nitrogen blanketing, there’s no aftertaste.

OmegaBrite Relieve Stress

OmegaBrite is a physician formulated, 90% Omega-3 pharmaceutical quality supplement. OmegaBrite has been clinically shown to reduce stress and promote a positive mood. **In a double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (which OmegaBrite
did not pay for or influence), OmegaBrite’s 90% pure Omega-3 was clinically shown to reduce both the overall perception of stress and anxiety by 20% and reduce the inflammatory molecules associated with stress by 17% in normal populations with no specific disease diagnosis. They’re even celebrating 18 years of Omega-3 excellence.

OmegaBrite is made from small anchovies and sardines off the coast of Chili and Peru. The oil from these fish then undergoes advanced distillation with oxidation-protection. The oil is tested at every stage of manufacturing to remove harmful dioxins, PCB’s, Mercury and other heavy metals. OmegaBrite even third-party tests every batch, so you can be sure that every batch passes purity standards and is completely safe.

Sometimes in life, we go through periods of extreme hardship and stress. Like me in my last year of college, we can be asked to deal with more than we think we can handle. In those times, we may look for whatever we can think of to give us a boost and relieve our stress a little.

Hopefully, you choose to reach for more health conscious remedies like Omega supplements and not other unhealthy things that will just cause more stress. But remember, not all hardships last forever and you will be fine.

This definitely sounds like something I can use. Sometimes I feel like my brain is on overload and I can’t remember anything.

I think is something modern mamas definitely need in their lives. We are all so stressed, so finding ways to improve our physical and mental health is such an amazing thing.

I need to start taking these. I don't eat any type of seafood and therefore am lacking in Omega 3.

This sounds like a really good product. I'm going to have to check in to this. Sounds like something I should be using too.
