Baked Apple Chips Recipe
Ready for the simplest ingredient list ever??
You’ll Need:
- 4 large apples
- Silicone Baking Mat or Parchment Paper
Yup, you just need a bunch of apples! Parchment paper is awesome for lining your baking sheet without needing to use cooking spray. I love silicone baking mats, also. They replace the need for parchment paper and you can get a 2-pack for just $14 on Amazon!
Get started by preheating your oven to 250°F. Slice the apples in very thin slices. Remove the seeds. Place the apple slices onto your lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 2 hours, turning the apples over once.
Let your apple slices cool completely. They will get hard as they cool. Then, you can store your apples slices in a zipper baggie and munch on them throughout the next week.
To recap – slice, bake, eat! Doesn’t get much easier than that!
