Something for Summer - Round-up 2013

Summer Round-up 2013If you’re looking for a fun family comedy to enjoy this summer, check out Escape from Planet Earth (1). It’s always fun to have a movie night with some popcorn and treats and cuddle in on a summer evening to enjoy time together as a family. My four little boys, my husband and I all loved the show and found ourselves busting up throughout the movie. It is available now on blu-ray and DVD and is an animated film that will take you on a journey to space and earth.

OFF! Summer Round-up 2013If you will spend anytime outdoors this summer, OFF! (2) will help keep the bugs away! Try the new OFF! Clip-On mosquito repellent lets you have protection from head-to-toe without using any spray! It uses a battery-powered fan to circulate an odorless repellent. Or use OFF! Family Care unscented spray to protect the whole family. Avoiding those itchy mosquito bites will surely make your summer more enjoyable!

French Toast Uniforms Summer Round-up 2013As you start to prepare for Back to School and especially the exciting times for all the soon-to-be Kindergarteners, you can get ready early and shop for your child’s school uniforms before the rush. French Toast (3) offers school uniforms at affordable prices shipped right to your home. They have high quality styles with features such as double thick knees to help their clothes last through the school year. Start with classic polos or branch out to something a bit more unique but still uniform friendly.

Summer Round-up 2013Kids will love a new toy to help them act out their own story lines. A new TOMY Pokémon (4) line of toys is new to retail shelves and will intrigue the Pokémon fans of all ages. You can find a Catch ‘n’ Return Poke Ball that lets you pull back the ball, aim and release and then try to catch to get the ball right back to you and ready for battle. Or check out one of the Legendary characters in a 7″ figure with all the characters unique details.

iHomeYou can let the kids enjoy their favorite music, play their video games, or enjoy an audio book with fun superhero themed speakers and headphones they will love! The Disney iHome (5) The Hulk Rechargeable Speakers let everyone hear what’s going on and amplify the sound from their smartphone or iPod. Or, let them enjoy their sounds without filling the whole house with their own pair of headphones.

Summer Round-up 2013Summer movies can be both educational and fun. Younger audiences will enjoy the latest from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (6) series “Quest for Crystal Mickey“. Follow along on the adventure as Mickey and friends head out to find the missing Crystal Mickey and save the Clubhouse from losing its magic. This title includes four extra episodes with over 2 hours of content plus a free Adventure Activity Map and stickers! My boys always love watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and it’s fun to listen as they interact with the show and get involved with the adventure using their reasoning skills to help pick out the right tools.

Summer Round-up 2013

Summer calls for shorts and t-shirts or tanks! You can help your kids pick out styles they will love with the new line P.S. from Aeropostale (7) that is geared towards ages 4-14. They have bright neon, playful pastels, or bold colors. We got to try out fun cutoff shorts and Marvel character tops that my boys have loved! They are huge fans of all the superheroes so they love their shirts and the shorts are fun for summer with their casual cutoff flair!

Coppertone SunscreenYou can’t make it through summertime without sunscreen to protect you and your family from the harmful rays. Coppertone (8) has sunscreen made specifically for babies, kids, and adults with lotions, sprays, and even a cool new foam sunscreen! Coppertone is the #1 recommended brand by pediatricians and they even have a tear fee formula perfect for infants. Their sunscreen can protect you from UVA/UVB rays. Grab a travel sized bottle to keep in your purse so you’re never without your sunscreen!

Summer Round-up 2013Lots of outdoor play means their clothes will need a deep cleaning to get out the dirt, mud, ice cream spills, grass stains, sweat, and other trapped oils and stains! Wisk Deep Clean PowerBlasts (9) offer a convenient way to clean with a pre-measured packet of soap you can toss into your washer with the load and you’re ready to go! The new PowerBlasts formula is specifically formulated to attack those hidden body oils and sweat trapped in your clothes with a patented MicroCleaner formula for extra clean clothes.

They have lots of varieties to choose from and you will love how high quality the snacks are! We’ve tried most of the line and I absolutely love their trail mix, nuts, gummi bears, and many of the other products!
