On my ever ending quest to get in shape, one of the sacrifices I have made is the appearance of my feet! I used to get pedicures all the time, but the last few have been ruined from running. My running shoes don’t have enough support and my feet end up sliding around. I was excited to try GelThotics in my older running shoes and was hoping I would be able to wear them again with some added support. When I first put the inserts in, it felt really weird, like I stepping on something. After a while, I was used to it and I could feel the support. The GelThotics also helped my feet not move around as much, which would definitely help with my next pedicure. I also tried them in my 5-inch-heels! I wore them for 2 hours without crying or going barefoot at church! I think I would buy them again just for that
