Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup
Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 2 hours, 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes (approximately 6-7 medium sized potatoes)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1.5 tablespoons chicken bullion

- 2 cups cheese, grated
Directions:
Wash, peel, and dice your potatoes. Add potatoes, diced onion, bullion, and DiaryPure milk into your slow cooker. Cook on medium or low heat for 2 hours.
Transfer soup mixture to your blender and blend until smooth.
Add cheese. You can also add salt and pepper to taste. Blend again until well mixed.
Serve with additional garnishes like parsley or bacon, if desired, and enjoy!
