Potty Training Made Easier with Kohler

I received a Transitions Toilet Seat in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.

Potty training is a daunting task. Whether your child is super easy to train or extremely stubborn, it is a huge transition. My little guy took a few days to get the hang of using the potty, but one of the biggest hiccups we had was that his little body is just to small for the toilet!

I really did not want to get a child potty that sits on my floor, so we picked up one of the cushioned seats that sit on top of the regular seat to make it a better fit. It worked and got the job done but it also ruined my toilet seat. It was covered with scratches and chips and now needed replacing. That made me frustrated.

Knowing that my little girl would be faced with the same problem, and that my son is still too skinny to really fit on the seat, I went in search of a solution. Did you know that Kohler makes an amazing seat called the Grip-Tight Tranistion Q3 that is both a toddler seat and an adult seat?

  • Quick-Attach™ hardware for fast and secure installation.
  • Color-matched plastic hinges.
  • Grip-Tight bumpers

It is so nice to know that my kids can use the restroom easily without having to worry about them needing help. I also love that it has the quiet close feature, no more slamming seats! My 3-year-old loves to show me how it closes all of the time and calls it his “magic” potty. It looks nice and clean and I don’t have to worry about house gets having to deal with kids potty accessories when they use our restroom.

Kohler has so many different toilet seats to choose from, and even though they are not my favorite product to purchase, they make it easier, knowing you are getting a high quality product. You can find the Transitions seat, ARV $86.00 along with many others on their website here.
