  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced Celery

No Bake Potato Salad ingredients

Start by hard boiling your eggs, if you don’t happen to have some already made. We seem to always have a small bowl of hard boiled eggs in our fridge, my boys eat them like a snack. You will need a bit of time to apply the eggs to cook and to cool enough for you to be able to handle them. When your eggs are done cooking, prep your veggies by dicing up your celery, red onion and green pepper. When your hard boiled eggs are ready, you’ll dice those up as well.

Cube the canned whole potatoes and add them to a large bowl. Toss in all the rest of your ingredients, except your paprika. Stir to mix well so you have an even consistency.

No Bake Potato Salad

Sprinkle the top of the potato salad lightly with paprika as a garnish, if desired. You can also leave a thinly sliced hard boiled eggs on top, to make the dish look fancy. If you have an egg slicer, just leave one of the slices aside as a garnish for the top! Refrigerate until ready to serve covering your dish with a lid or plastic wrap.
