PEANUT BUTTER CEREAL BARS
Ingredients to make cereal bars:
- 3 cups Honey Os cereal
- 1 cup rice crisps cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
How to make cereal bars:
Line baking pan with parchment or grease with butter
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together; cereals, peanuts, and chocolate chips.
In a sauce pan melt honey, peanut butter and marshmallows. Stirring until melted in a med-low heat.
Once melted remove from heat and pour slowly into cereal mix. Stir until everything is coated. Pour sticky mixture into prepared pan and press down.
Let this cool for a few hours to set. The longer you let it set the firmer it will be for cutting.
Once set cut into squares or rectangle bars and enjoy!
