A Healthy Morning Start #MorningEnergy

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Honey Bunches of Oats. All opinions are 100% mine.

Every morning, we rush out of bed running around the house to get the kids ready for school and out the door. In our hustle, we never have time for a big fancy breakfast like we reserve for lazy and slow Saturday mornings. I know breakfast is so important, though. Starting our day out with a healthy start gets us through our most productive early hours of the day.

Honey Bunches of Oats Cinnamon

We had a chance to try out two new flavors of Honey Bunches of Oats Morning Energy cereal. The new flavors Cinnamon Crunch and Chocolatey Almond Crunch pack in a bunch of flavor in every bite.

Honey Bunches Morning Energy

Hands down, my favorite flavor was Cinnamon Crunch. I loved the crunchy bits and the rich cinnamon flavor that made me feel like I was biting into a cinnamon roll, not a healthy bite of cereal. I did like how the Chocolatey Almond Crunch flavor has real bits of chocolate in it, though, yum!

Healthy Breakfast

I knew Honey Bunches of Oats was a cereal that I would enjoy for breakfast, but I wasn’t expecting my children to like it too! My three year old has been asking for Cinnamon Crunch for breakfast since he tried it.

I normally face the cries of hunger just a hour after breakfast whenever my kids eat sugary cereals as cereal always digests so quickly and leaves you hungry. Honey Bunches Morning Energy is packed with whole grain, protein, and fiber to help you feel fuller longer so you don’t crash and burn before lunch time. That’s energy that I need and I count on to power me through a busy day with my children.

Head over and connect with Honey Bunches of Oats on Facebook or on Twitter for all their latest news and new products!
