Maytag Makes Cooking and Clean-up Quick and Easy! #MaytagMoms

Our Maytag over-range Microwave is really stunning with its stainless steel interior. We have really enjoyed how large and open this microwave is. It has a WideGlide tray that is a 10″ x 15″ glass tray that glides back and forth inside the microwave rather than spinning in a circle like a traditional tray. The unique design of this tray gives you the option of cooking a whole casserole dish right inside your microwave! Or, you can easily fit two of your smaller sized plates side by side and cook two meals at the same time! With four boys in our home, it seems like I can never prepare food fast enough to keep them feed and happy! It has been a huge help to have a large microwave that lets me prepare food for two at a time!

This Maytag Microwave has a powerful 1,000 watts of cooking power that really makes the food come out evenly cooked even with reheating food! Plus, reheating is really simple with the built-in controls that let you select what you are cooking and how much food needs to be reheated and the times are calculated for you. I’ve used the reheat button so many times! It does take longer than I would have typed in if I were to just guess and punch in a cooking time. However, with my method I usually have to end up putting my plate back into the microwave and heating it longer until it is truly warm and ready to eat. With the reheat option, the food comes out hot, just like when it came out of the oven the first time, so you have to wait just a little bit for it to cool and then it really tastes really good because the food is heated completely throughout and you aren’t left with any cold spots. It seems like I picking out one of the kids menu options nearly daily which lets me choose the food option and then walk away to get the rest of the meal prep done.

Cleaning up after a meal is always the worst part but with our beautiful Maytag Jetclean Dishwasher, at least I have something that can help do the hard jobs! This dishwasher has a built-in Jetclean Plus Steam cycle that uses high-pressure spray jets and extra high temperatures to get rid of all the stuck on food and leaving dishes and glasses spot free and clean. I’m one of those that has to rinse my dishes. I’ve had so many times with dishwashers in the past that leave little particles left on the dishes that I just can’t get past the need to rinse off all our dishes. I have had a few times, though, since our new dishwasher arrived that I was overwhelmed with a pile of dirty dishes after all of our holiday feasting that I just tossed them all in (without rinsing!!) and was amazed with the clean dishes I was greeted with that had no leftovers to be seen!

My favorite feature of our Maytag Jetclean Dishwasher is the adjustable upper rack! With our previous dishwasher, our tall adult cups would only fit in one row, and barely squeezed by there. Now, they fit and have lots of room to spare! I love that I can still get in huge pots or pans if needed on the bottom rack by just very easily adjusting the shelf upward which was so handy after our party meal prep! Plus, I can get TONS of dishes in the dishwasher! I also love the easy to remove utensil trays that I can just grab and carry over to our silverware drawer which makes putting away the silverware so much quicker!

I have absolutely enjoyed these last few months trying out and getting to know my new Maytag appliances. We have discovered that they offer a range of products that are truly top quality, beautiful, and loaded with features! Since we are always in the kitchen cooking and cleaning, I have had so much time to play with the different features and have loved these wonderful appliances I have had the chance to review.
