Dove Men+Care Shows Caring for Troops!
There’s nothing so touching as to see a daddy and their new baby together. I love everything about seeing a man become a father for the first time and the way they hold their precious little child in their arms. This is a picture of my husband with our very first baby boy just after he was born. I love looking back at moments like this that change our lives forever. Our little boy is now almost 7 year old, how time flies!
Many military dads end up deployed and while they are out their working hard serving our country they miss out on many important moments back home. Sometimes, even missing out on moments so precious that won’t ever be available again like the birth of a child.
Dove is doing something about that! They have partnered with Operation Homefront are reunite 300 US military service members so they can once again build those all important family moments. Dove shares a really touching video of one serviceman away with two little kids at home. I was moved to tears watching the dad meet his 2-month old son for the first time. I love what Dove is doing and it is great to me that we can support brands that really care about the people that work so hard and often sacrifice so much.
