My favorite holiday to plan recipes for is St. Patrick’s day! It’s so fun to try to create a recipes, snacks, or desserts around a green theme! One of our favorites to serve on St. Patrick’s day is our easy mint Shamrock Shake! It takes just 4 easy ingredients and a minute or two to whip up and then it’s ready to enjoy!

Easy Mint Shamrock Shake

Mint Shamrock Shake great for a st patricks day treat!Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1 tbs mint extract

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Top with cool whip or homemade whipped topping and enjoy.

Serves 1 large serving (enough for one mint lover, or two servings if you’re willing to share). Double our triple the recipe depending on how many you are planning to serve!

We love serving our mint shamrock shake in a wide mouth mason jar! It makes a great presentation and really shows off all the minty green!
