Easy Dinner Recipes: Pork Tenderloin Recipe

This post is brought to you in partnership with Costco, National Pork Board, and TheMotherhood. I received a stipend for my time as well as Costco Cash to purchase a membership and supplies for my recipe. The opinions expressed are my own. Topic: Easy dinner recipes, pork tenderloin recipe

As part of a fun Pork Cooking Challenge I was given the task to create easy dinner recipes using Pork Tenderloin with the theme of Family Favorites! We absolutely love all things barbecued and even barbecue our homemade pizza so I knew when I heard our theme we would definitely be cooking it on our grill! Here’s what we came up with! A simple and easy way to prepare Pork Tenderloin that was SO good, we made it again just a few days later!!

#CostcoPork Challenge

Cut the Pork Tenderloin in half butterfly style and spread the cut open. Combine these seasonings, about equal proportions: Paprika, Oregano, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper with Herbs mix, Ground Nutmeg, and Crushed Red Pepper. Grind or Mix the seasonings together. Rub the seasoning mix onto both sides of the Pork Tenderloin.

Barbeque your cut of Tenderloin for approximately 10 minutes on each side. Use your digital meat thermometer to check that the meat has reached an internal temperature of 145 Degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from grill and let meat rest before serving. Serve Sliced with sides and vegetables of choice.

Pork Tenderloin

We served our Pork one day with a side dish of Parmesan pasta and Green Beans and then the next time Potatoes and Corn. The meat is SO delicious that it is great all by itself and doesn’t need any sauce or anything extra as the juicy tender cut of meat can completely stand on its own! The leftover are perfect for incorporating into your other recipes like using the thinly sliced pork in salads or quesadillas!

Cooking Pork Tenderloin

It is important to remember that this past May the USDA reduced the temperature guidelines for pork down to 145 degrees F with a three-minute rest period following cooking for all non-ground Pork cuts. This will leave your meet slightly more pink they you may be used to seeing, but it will yield a very juicy and flavorful meat that is safe to eat. 2. I would love to try the Garlic and Rosemary pork. I would serve it with mashed potatoes (or baby potatoes) and some steamed carrots!

  3. I would make park ribs, rubbed with spicy barbecue sauce. I would then make wild rice, asparagus spears, and peaches cut in half and grilled on the barbeque. I'd have to invite the neighbors over for dinner because this would be good not to share this dinner with somebody. We are members of Costco, and we shop there and get our gas there all the time!

  4. I have a marinade that I make with molassess and spices. I marinade the tenderloin all day and then I grill my pork tenderloin. Yum!

I'd serve it with a side of Costco's mashed potatoes and use some of their frozen green beans I have, sauteed up in olive oil with tons of garlic. Yum, yum!!!
