  • Paprika, Oregano, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper, Ground Nutmeg, Crushed Red Pepper
  1. Cut the Pork Tenderloin in half butterfly style and spread the cut open.
  2. Combine these seasonings, about equal proportions: Paprika, Oregano, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper with Herbs mix, Ground Nutmeg, and Crushed Red Pepper. Grind or Mix the seasonings together.
  3. Rub the seasoning mix onto both sides of the Pork Tenderloin.
  4. Barbeque your cut of Tenderloin for approximately 10 minutes on each side. Use your digital meat thermometer to check that the meat has reached an internal temperature of 145 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Remove from grill and let meat rest before serving.
  6. Serve Sliced with sides and vegetables of choice.
