Bedtime Made Easy with Onaroo

I received a Teach Me Time Clock and Portable Night-Light in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.

My kids are pretty good at going to bed. I realize that might sound crazy considering they are toddlers, but really they do okay. We have our routine we stick to and it runs pretty smoothly, until you throw in a big change like potty training. My three-year-old has been potty trained during the day now for about six months, but he still wears pull ups at night.

About a month ago he woke up in the middle of the night and needed to use the restroom. He came into our room and asked us to go with him, even though he passed the bathroom on the way to our room. He has a nightlight in his room but now that he has  a Terry the Tiger portable night-light by Onaroo he can take it with him and use the bathroom all by himself. This is helping to make bedtime made easy for him.

Terry is an LED night-light that does not produce any heat. His plastic is sturdy but soft to the touch, comfortable enough to snuggle with but still durable. He has 5 different colors that can be chosen by your toddler or you can set it to rotate through all of the colors. He is so cute and constantly stolen from my sons room by my one-year-old daughter.

Now that my little guy is more independent, I really wanted to get him on more of a schedule when it comes to waking up. I love his Onaroo Teach Me Time! Talking Alarm Clock & Night-Light! It is an adorable bedside alarm clock, time-teaching tool and dual-color nightlight all in one. It shows the time in both digital and analog and when you press one of the buttons it reads the time aloud, that would be my toddlers favorite feature.

My favorite feature is that it can be set to tell your child when it is okay to get out of bed. By setting the time on the clock it will stay off during the day, glow yellow during sleep time, and then turn green when it is time for your child to wake. Even though we are still working on staying in his room until it turns green, I love that someday soon I might get just a tiny bit of extra sleep in the morning!
