What I love about Zubie!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Zubie. All opinions are 100% mine.

Zubie is the ultimate road trip buddy! I’ve been using my Zubie key for the last six weeks and I love that it is making me a better driver! With the Zubie key and app, you can see how well you are driving. The app shows hard breaks, quick accelarations, and idle time to help you see what you're doing wrong with driving and try to be more conscious.

I have learned I am a hard breaker! Nearly once a day I'll get a "hard break detected" notice. It has caused me to be much more aware that I need to be stopping earlier and slower than waiting until the last minute. Of course, some of those come from last minute light changes where I have to quickly decide to stop or go or other similar situations. Still, every time I hit the breaks to hard I think about it now and make a mental note assessing how I could have been a better, safer driver.

A fun built-in feature with the Zubie app is driving badges! I've already been awarded three, they are cute and funny. My driving badges are:

  • Traffic Jammer: The average American spends 38 hours in traffic per year. You are in the elite group of Zubies that spend way too much time stuck in the jam! (This is so true, too! Between the school pickup queue and the horrible construction intersection near my home, I spend way too much time just simply waiting)
  • Long Hauler: Compared to other Zubies, you spend more time driving in your car. Keep on Truckin'! (This badge we earned heading all the way to the opposite side of the valley one Saturday)
  • Speed Demon: VROOOOM!!! You like to go fast, and spend a lot of time in the fast lane.

I even have a Zubie Driving Score that I can compare and compete with friends for the best driving scores. My score is a 73 out of 100. I

Zubie would make a great gift for the upcoming holidays Mother's Day, Father's Day, or even as a graduation gift. Help your loved ones keep an eye on their vehicle and improve their driving skills.
