Summer Fun with Sailboat Snackers

This post is sponsored by JELL-O brand. All opinions are my own.

In my recent post Inexpensive Summer Activities for Families, I shared my excitement for the upcoming summer season. We headed outside for a family picnic and activities, and we had a blast! Check out how my family kicked off the summer holiday! We started our summer adventures with a bright and cheery, yellow-themed picnic. Check out some of our favorite yellow foods: yellow fruit kabobs, potato chips, lemonade, yellow candy, peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

summer fun Living in Arizona, you can only imagine the bright sunshine and warm weather that accompanied our picnic. However, my large family visiting from out of town didn’t seem to mind eating this delicious food in the Arizona sun.

summer fun During our picnic, we enjoyed some fun family activities. My son’s favorite was running through the grass and trying to pop bubbles.

summer fun We also had a blast hunting for bugs around the yard. Living with a little boy, you can only imagine his excitement when we finally got one!

summer fun Although many smiles were shared during our family fun in the sun, the absolute highlight of the outing was eating our JELL-O Gelatin Sailboat Snackers.
