See’s Chocolate Review

See’s Chocolates have been around for over 90 years offering American made chocolates with over 100 varieties of chocolates and candies.

See's Chocolate Review

We took a trip to our local See’s Chocolate shop in the mall. We were greeted with a free sample of their Milk Bordeaux which is a variety I had never tried before! It has a brown sugar soft center that was really creamy!

The boys were thrilled to get to try out the chocolate and then had lots to say about what chocolates they wanted to fill up a custom mix box with. In the past, I always just grabbed one of their assorted chocolates boxes which has a great variety but this time I knew exactly what flavors I wanted to include! My favorites are always the fruit cream filled chocolates.

See's Chocolate Review

We asked for Raspberry Cream, Orange Cream, Strawberry Cream and Lemon Truffle. The fruit flavors are so flavorful and rich and absolutely delicious!

My favorite is the Lemon Truffle. It’s got a bit of tart to it while still being creamy and the chocolate complements the lemon perfectly! All of the choices from fudge, to assorted boxes, to select your own are the same price with a set price per pound.

That means, you don’t pay a premium for picking out and customizing a box with all of your own favorites. As you can tell, we’ve already been snacking on our chocolates and really enjoying the flavors we chose.

What See’s chocolate flavor would you pick? A custom box or assorted variety box would make a perfect gift whether you’re looking to give something to a loved one, for a birthday, or even as a thank you gift.

I received a See’s chocolate gift card to purchase samples in exchange for this post. The opinions expressed above are my own. Any claims should be verified on the sponsor’s site.
