Do’s and Don’ts of Shaving – Tips!
Schick Quattro for Women razors have a new and improved design with a more comfortable handle and high performance four bladed razor design!
With a curvier silhouette and softer, thicker rubber the handle is now more comfortable to hold and easier to grip! The four ultra-thin blades leave a shave so smooth you could skip a day or two!
The razor also has two enhanced conditioning strips – one with aloe and one with DUO-VITAMIN COMPLEX. Schick Quattro for Women razors are available at drug, grocery and mass merchandisers across the nation. They retail for $8.99 and 4-ct refills are $9.99.

What are some dos
and don’ts of shaving?
- DO Keep skin relaxed while shaving. In places where hair grows in different directions and in hard-to-reach areas, such as underarms and the bikini area, try pulling the skin slightly, making it more taut and easier to shave.
- To avoid razor burn:
For legs: shave in the direction of hair growth
For Bikini: go upward against the grain to get a closer shave
For underarm: you can shave upwards or downwards - Shave at night when possible. Shaving can leave skin very sensitive- so apply lotion afterwards and use the night to let the skin recover.
- Shave in the shower, and wait! Shaving should be your final step before leaving the shower. The warm moisture of a shower makes hairs soft and plump and opens your pores.
- Don’t be thrifty! Discard shaving blades after four or five uses to avoid ingrown hairs and shaving with a blunt blade.
