We have affectionately named this recipe the “Pizzaggo” Mini Pizzas. This is a super fun recipe for kids as it’s a mini personal sized pizza that is super simple for the kids to help out with. They’ll love to see it on your menu of easy dinner recipes!

Waffle Pizzas
Pizzaggo Mini Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggo Waffles
- Tomato Sauce
- Oregano
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pepperoni (or alternate toppings)
Directions:
- Lay out the desired number of Eggo Waffles on a baking sheet.
- Spoon Tomato sauce onto the top of each waffle.
- Sprinkle a little bit of Oregano seasoning on each waffle.
- Top the sauce with a small handful of Mozzarella cheese.
- Layer your favorite toppings above the cheese. We love Pepperoni but you can do your own favorite toppings or leave it a cheese pizza.
- Cook your mini pizzas in the oven or a toaster oven at 450° for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Slice the mini pizzas into 4 slices to give the feel of eating an actual mini slice of pizza.
This recipe was so much fun to create with my boys. My six year old was able to completely make his own pizza (other than toasting the waffles). I let my 2 and 4 year old boys add their own cheese and pepperoni. They absolutely loved helping and feeling like they were apart of making dinner!
