No-Bake Pineapple Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crusts
- 1 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Drain and reserve aside 1/2 cup crushed pineapple.

Fold in whipped topping and remainder of the can of crushed pineapple.
Spread pineapple cream filling into graham cracker pie crusts.

Sprinkle with coconut* and reserved crushed pineapple.
** If you don’t like coconut you can skip it. Or consider sprinkling with thinly shaved almonds to keep a layer of texture the coconut was adding.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Why Choose Harris Teeter Brand!
We were able to make this entire recipe using Harris Teeter private-label products. They not only saved me money on the recipe but the recipe tasted just as great as it always does.

Everything from the canned pineapple and baking supplies to the cream cheese and whipped topping was available in the Harris Teeter private-label. They were all quality both individually and when whipped up into this recipe.

Check out the canned pineapple, for example. I was able to save .20c off the national brand, which is about a 15% savings.
Who wouldn’t want to save 15% off their grocery bill without having to clip coupons, hunt down deals, hop from store-to-store or stock up only on sales days. This one simple change, selecting the private-label products, will give you those savings instantly!

Just look for the red square logo that identifies an item as Harris Teeter brand products and don’t be fooled by marketing gimmicks that aim to get you to pay more for the same product. This dreamy pineapple cream pie didn’t disappoint at all because it was made with private-label products.

I’m from New Zealand the cream you use we don’t have in NZ, would we use cream that we whip
You can make a homemade whipped cream or any whipped topping – just don’t try the spray can type as that doesn’t hold it’s shape for long and turns runny.
