Nutrisystem Week 6 Update!

Wahoo, 6 down weeks with Nutrisystem! That feels like such a success to have made it this far already! Nutrisystem has been a great program
for me as I tend to lack the “discipline” to follow through with something completely on my own.

Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Crepes Review

I never would have made it 6 weeks with watching what I eat, counting calories, and cutting back portion sizes on my own. This week, I thought I’d show you a sneak peak at one of their Chef’s Table Meals – Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepes.

These meals are so unique as they come in a bag that you don’t cut or anything that keeps in most the steam and the heat so the food cooks much better than in the trays. They balloon up in the Microwave, like a bag of microwave popcorn.

The Chef’s Table meals are designed by famous chef’s and use high quality ingredients. Their Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepes are made with mozzarella cheese, fire-roasted tomato sauce, and a whole wheat crepe, something you might even find at a high-end Italian restaurant! This was my favorite meal this week, and for good reasons!

“Nutrisystem teaches customers how to eat properly, control portions, and also helps customers feel fuller longer with high fiber satisfying meals. Nutrisystem customers aren’t hungry because they eat 5 – 6 times throughout the day to help keep hunger at bay.”  – Top Ten Things You Didn’t Know About Nutrisystem
