We have found the Graco TurboBooster with Safety Surround Side Impact Protection to be a fabulous booster seat! I have hesitated to move my nearly 4 year old, who meets the minimum height and weight, up to a booster seat as I worried about how protected he would really be and if the seat would support him like a 5-point harness seat has. When the TurboBooster arrived, it was easy to see that this seat provided protection all around and would still support him really well. Since the backrest is completely adjustable, it was simple to get an appropriate fit for him to have the seat belt sit just right along his body and keep him safe. The belt path guides are very easy to follow and keep the belt neatly tucked inside so they don’t slip out of the headrest area. My son loves the armrest and built-in cup holders. He feels like a “big boy” like his older brother being able to be in a booster seat rather than a harnessed seat. It also give him a bit more flexibility to move, reach, stretch, and still be comfy in his seat. I appreciate that the back is removable to extend the use and life of this seat when he’s ready to move on to a backless booster seat. I also really love how lightweight and easy to transport this booster seat is making it easy to install in friends or family members cars as needed when my son needs a ride.
