Factory Direct Craft – Tutorials and Craft Supplies!

I really enjoy crafting and find it a great way to unwind and have some “me” time at the end of the day. However, lately I have been trying to find more craft ideas and ways to get my children involved in arts and crafts types of projects. Factory Direct Craft has a great section dedicated to kids crafts with so many fun supplies to choose from. Just browsing their selection of kids craft supplies like beads, foam sheets, felt, pipe cleaners, glitter gets me dreaming up all the fun projects we could make together.

I love that I don’t have to come up with all the creative ideas on my own. Factory Direct Craft has a blog that includes tons of fun and easy project tutorials with lots of great kids craft ideas too! I absolutely adore their Felt Fortune Cookies idea which would be such a fun and unique Valentine’s Day or even as a cute place setting decor! They also have cute ideas for pipe cleaner creations my boys would love and would be a simple afternoon project! The tutorials don’t stop there, though, they go on to cute home crafts and great ideas for holidays and seasons too! Nearly all the crafts are so simple that even a beginner can easily duplicate these crafts! As an example, their cute idea of a Framed Corkboard (pictured above) is a simple project that would take hardly any time to complete. This project has just 4 extremely simple steps and with only 4 supplies needed! That’s my kind of a craft! Plus, it becomes not only decor but something useful around the home too.

  3.  Spending a lot of time at the library.  Books let their imagination fly across the sky.  They   have also planted their own tomato plants.  Bicycles are tuned up and ready to go.  Not a lot off crafts planned, but lots of activities.
