Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Sometimes you need something sweet and you need it quick. I seem to get a craving for something sweet on Sunday nights. It’s easy to plan ahead for that Sunday night craving and whip up some creamy easy chocolate mousse using a blender. Blend up this light and amazing dessert, pop it in the fridge to chill, and pull it out just in time to watch The Walking Dead. You can’t get easier than a 3 ingredient recipe!

Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

• 2 cups of heavy cream (chilled)
• 3 teaspoons chocolate syrup
• 1 packet of Splenda

Add ingredients, mix until light and fluffy. Spoon into dishes, cover with plastic wrap and chill for an hour. Serve with whipped cream if desired.

I was really excited to try out the Nutri Ninja with Auto-iQ. I had always heard amazing things about the Ninja products, and really wanted to see if they lived up to the hype. Well they surpassed it! It was so cool to watch the Nutri Ninja stop blending, wait for the ice to settle, then blend again. My kids think it’s a magic blender. It was great to know that everything was blended perfectly and I wasn’t going to get a surprise piece of ice in my morning smoothie.
