Do your kids hate milk? Kids have so many sugary options to choose from these days, it is hard to keep them drinking all the milk and water that they need to be healthy. I know so many kids who just don’t like to drink milk, and yet it is so important that they do so! Sure, they probably love chocolate and strawberry milk but those sweetened options have added sugars that diminish the nutritional benefits of drinking milk.

  1. Add 5-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream to your blender.
  2. Next add about a 1/2 to 1 cup milk.  It all depends on how thick or thin you like your milkshakes!
  3. Add two squeezes of MilkSplash in your favorite flavor.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles (optional)
  6. Serve with a straw! Everything is better with a straw, right!?
