Do your kids hate milk? Kids have so many sugary options to choose from these days, it is hard to keep them drinking all the milk and water that they need to be healthy. I know so many kids who just don’t like to drink milk, and yet it is so important that they do so! Sure, they probably love chocolate and strawberry milk but those sweetened options have added sugars that diminish the nutritional benefits of drinking milk.

With Chocolate, Strawberry, Orange Cream, Cookies & Cream and Banana options, there is sure to be one you love! Just add one squeeze to an 8 oz. serving of milk and you have a brand new drink!

My kids love milk, but have had so much fun adding MilkSplash to their cups to liven them up! This weekend we were making milkshakes and both of my kids wanted different flavors, Hello! I whipped out the MilkSplash and instantly one had a strawberry milkshake, the other enjoyed their cookies and cream, and I only had to buy vanilla ice cream!  Want to try your own? Use this fast and easy recipe to keep all your family members happy!

Here is everything you need:

  1. Add 5-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream to your blender.
  2. Next add about a 1/2 to 1 cup milk.  It all depends on how thick or thin you like your milkshakes!
  3. Add two squeezes of MilkSplash in your favorite flavor.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles (optional)
  6. Serve with a straw! Everything is better with a straw, right!?
