  1. We make popcorn every few nights and it seems like junk food. I guess it depends on the butter and salt. Those Fiber One bars look way too good.

  9. These are all great ideas.I make smoothies several ti,es a week with fruit.I am not a big fan of spinach or kale but I throw in a handful and I can’t even taste it!

  10. All of these are great Desserts that are low in calorie. I think my favorite would be the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait. Although the Fiber One Strawberry Cheesecake Bars look really good too. I’m going to have to try one of the Cheesecake Bars.
