Ranch Baked Zucchini Recipe

I’m always looking for ways to sneak in veggies. I find in our family, we have to get creative and make them look appealing, or my kids won’t give them a second glance no matter how good they may taste.

I stumbled across this pin for Parmesan Baked Zucchini and it was the first time zucchini looked totally appealing to me! I wanted to mix it up a bit, and include my kids go-to flavor by using a ranch seasoning聽mix. The baked zucchini turned out great!
