A healthy baked zucchini recipe perfect as a side dish.

  • 2 fresh zucchini's washed and sliced length wise
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp ranch powder
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp paprika
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place zucchini slices into a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Pour or brush vegetable oil over the zucchini slices, coating the zucchini.
  4. Sprinkle the top of your zucchini slices with garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika. Finally, top with ranch powder.
  5. Bake on the first side for 20 minutes. Turn over the zucchini slices and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
