Inexpensive Ways to Decorate Your Home
I LOVE decorating my home. However, with a husband in PA school (he graduates in 2 weeks, wahoo) our home decor budget is pretty small. Nevertheless, I’ve found that living on a budget does not mean that you can’t find fun and budget friendly ways to decorate your home. Looking for inexpensive ways to spruce up your home? Check out these unique, thrifty, and fashionable decorating ideas.
I received a rug from Hook and Loom in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.聽
Inexpensive Ways to Decorate Your Home

Vinyl: Applying vinyl to your walls can completely change the look of the entire room. Not only are vinyl decals less expensive than painting, but applying them takes half of the time. Check out this awesome office space Aimee created with the use of vinyl.

Headboard: Update your master bedroom by adding a headboard. My husband and I made this DIY Headboard for only $30. Talk about the perfect way decorate a bedroom on a dime!

Photo Collage: Photo collages are the perfect and inexpensive way to dress any wall. For my son’s nursery, I decided to create a picture collage featuring some of my favorite pictures and memories together. I love how the project turned out! Using 12 frames from the dollar store, I was able to create the perfect bedroom focal point for only $12.

Rugs: Rugs add warmth, texture, and design to any room. Hook and Loom’s Cormo Natural Wool Rug is no exception. This hand-woven, all-natural beauty adds the perfect geometrical design to my son’s room. Free of dyes and chemicals, this rug’s color is all natural.

I absolutely ADORE everything about this rug: its texture, natural colors, pattern, and the way it completes my son’s room. I can tell that this rug is extremely high quality because it has endured the love of a toddler like a champion! This rug is crafted to perfection.

My son loves combing his fingers over the rug and pointing at all of the fun geometrical shapes. With the ability to use both sides of the rug, I have a feeling this rug will be in the family for a LONG time!

Make sure to visit Hook and Loom to learn more about this gorgeous Cormo Natural Wool Rug ($185 for a 4 X 6).
