Graco has recently released a brand new infant car seat – the first of its kind! The SnugRide Click Connect 40 is the ONLY infant car seat that can accommodate a rear-facing infant from birth all the way up to 2 years, as is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. This seat grows with your infant from 4 lbs all the way up to 40 lbs and has adjustable features that keep your child comfortable as they grow!

Graco SnugRide Click Connect 40 Review

This past week I was able to head to a Graco Safety party with a group of my fellow bloggers here in Phoenix to get an insider peek and learn all about the new Graco SnugRide Click Connect 40 car seat! It was so neat to learn about the really unique design of this new car seat! It has 8 different recline positions that can be very simply adjusted with two side buttons and sliding the car seat along the base. Then, you can easily adjust the harness and headrest all in one easy move without having to rethread the harness. I absolutely love this feature as you could easily get the right fit when a growth spurt hits. As your child grows, you can also extend out a built-in kick plate to protect your seat! This car seat also features Click Connect attachment which lets you easily attach the car seat to several different options of strollers to create a simple to use travel system. One of my personal biggest questions was how heavy the car seat would be with all these extra features. The car seat weighs just 9.35 lbs without the base, which is a little bit heavier than some models but lighter than others! Most of the added features are built into the design of the base adding the extra weight there rather than into the seat part that you would carry. You can find Graco SnugRide Click Connect 40 in two gorgeous patterns – Mena and Moonstruck.

Graco Click Connect 40 Infant Car Seat

The Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40 – the first and only newborn to two-year infant car seat that actually grows with your baby from four pounds all the way up to 40 pounds. The car seat is designed for a parent on the go. The infant car seat can be easily removed from the base and used as a carrier when the infant is small, providing portability and convenience so you can easily move your infant in and out of the car without disturbing them.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recently made the recommendation to keep all children in rear-facing car seats until the age of 2. Graco set out to make this product so parents can keep infants rear facing longer while still keeping them comfortable.
