As a parent, like most of you, I struggle to let my kids grow up. It’s hard to know when appropriate milestones are for giving kids that extra bit of freedom. What is the best age to let them walk to school alone? How old should they be before I can leave them home alone? At what age are they old enough for their own cell phone? There is not really a hand book for these things and each child is different. But with Krew Mobile, they take the question out of age appropriate cell phone use.
This post is sponsored. All opinions are my own.
Krew Mobile is a new cell service sweeping the nation. Their goal is to “redefine the American family plan and educate kids about responsible cell phone ownership”. That means, they get the freedom of owning a cell phone, without you cutting all the strings yet.
Krew Mobile is an affordable family cell service where the parent still has the ability to guide the child. With the various parental controls, you set the limits, making sure they develop healthy habits as they grow. Parents have the ability to monitor the child’s usage and turn the kids’ lines on and off. As the child grows and becomes more responsible, you decide what’s the right amount of privilege to give them.
For a limited time, Krew Mobile is looking for parents to help build their wireless network through a Pilot Program. As one of the Test Pilots, you will have the opportunity to try out Krew Mobile service for FREE, while providing feedback on the features you would love to see most for your family. By signing up, the first 1,000 members will receive a free Krew Mobile Started Kit with three lines. That’s one line for the parent, and two lines for kids. You will also receive up to two months of free service.
Being a parent of children in this modern era can be a hard place to navigate. The age of children getting their first cell phones is getting younger. With 53% of children in America getting their first cell phone at age six. For $39 a month, you not only get a parent’s line and two kids’ lines, but you get peace of mind.
Stop worrying about what is an appropriate age for a kid to have a phone and do what feels right for your family. With Krew Mobile, your kids don’t just have a phone, but a service with the ability to grow with them. Join in their Pilot Program and get your whole Krew connected today!

I pay around $120 per month for my family's cell phone bill. $39 is a bargain! Will definitely be checking this out.

My kids do not have cell phones but they do have tablets. We limit their daily screen time to like 3 hours or so total.
