Your Baby’s First Christmas

I remember each one of my baby’s first Christmases. Watching a child experience Christmas for the first time is truly magical. My oldest was 11 months old for his first, and my second child was only 4 months old, but both of them were truly memorable for different reasons. They were both enthralled with the decorations and the twinkle of the Christmas lights, they both loved to snuggle up by the tree and we all relished in those special family moments.

And while not all of them were perfect-

Some of them were pretty darn close-

I received compensation for this post, all opinions are my own.

I know it seems silly because neither one of them will remember that day, but I will! Luckily for us, Babies “R” Us knows exactly what we mean when we say we want our baby’s first Christmas to be perfect.聽BRU Logo

  1. loved your pics. The first one made me laugh(although not really funny) reminding me of taking my kids to see Santa. What a great even at Babies R Us.

  2. All of those pictures are adorable, even if not all of them turned out perfect ;). It’s so cool that Baby’s R Us is doing this. The activities are bound to be cool.

  3. Isn’t it funny how kids are always terrified of Santa Clause when they first see him? After the first year or two, Santa becomes a sainted angle, but the first year… You’d think he had horns and breathed fire.

  4. These are Fantastic pictures of your kids. I love the Smile in the last picture. It looks like pure joy! I think a babies first Christmas is something all parents remember. I think this sounds like a wonderful event. I have a friend who just had her first baby. I will pass this info along to her. Thanks for sharing!

  5. What a awesome event, an I am all up for the activities, especially the craft part. Very cool!
