I remember each one of my baby’s first Christmases. Watching a child experience Christmas for the first time is truly magical. My oldest was 11 months old for his first, and my second child was only 4 months old, but both of them were truly memorable for different reasons. They were both enthralled with the decorations and the twinkle of the Christmas lights, they both loved to snuggle up by the tree and we all relished in those special family moments.
And while not all of them were perfect-
Some of them were pretty darn close-
I received compensation for this post, all opinions are my own.
I know it seems silly because neither one of them will remember that day, but I will! Luckily for us, Babies “R” Us knows exactly what we mean when we say we want our baby’s first Christmas to be perfect.
On select Saturdays in November from 10-11am, parents can visit their local Babies“R”Us to celebrate their baby’s first Christmas. While there they can meet and greet with other moms and dads whose little ones are the same age as well as take part in some great festive activities, including storytime, adorable photo opps and a make-and-take craft just to name a few. Of course the fun does not end there, during the one-hour events, Parents can also enter in a raffle to win exciting prizes and receive exclusive holiday deals.
If your baby was born in April, May, June, or July 2014 head into your local store on 11/15 from 10-11am. If your baby was born in August, September, October, November 2014 your event is on 11/22 from 10-11am.
So if you are a brand new parent, or a season veteran, looking to create the perfect first Christmas for your little one, figure out which Saturday is for you and make a stop at your local Babies “R” Us. You are sure to find just the right gifts for your little plus who know, you might even win a few!
