Busy Mom Tips
I’m a full time mom, a full time house wife, full time student and a part time blogger. I’m busy, all the time. Hobbies, fun, what are those? I, like most of you super women out there, get burnt out. I forget things. I drop a few balls on occasion. Since we can’t make more hours in a day, we should find a way to make better use of our hours. I’ve brought together some things I think might help all of us SUPER busy moms.
This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.

To do list. If you are anything like me, keeping everything I have to do at the forefront of my mind is hard. If I have a huge list of deadlines, I have to write them down or they will be forgotten. I am an organizational freak and love to make check lists. Being able to check things off makes me feel good when I can see all the things I have accomplished. This is the checklist I made and use at home, it really helps.
Don’t procrastinate. I cannot put things off. If I wait until the last minute, things start to pile and I feel the time crunch. I start to panic and am not a fun person. Getting things done in advance allows for the unexpected things to be handled easier. Try to start things a few days before they are due and work a little on them each day. Work on things that are most important and have the nearest deadline.
Get things ready ahead of time. I’m sad to say I’m not as good at this one as I want to be. I spend my mornings hunting for shoes and trying to locate homework folders. By getting things ready and set up beforehand, the stress and the time spent on busy mornings is lessened. Pack lunches the night before. Be sure to find and set out shoes, clothes and get those backpacks in order.
Shipt– Grocery shopping, especially with kids, can take hours out of your day. The fits and “I wants”, can be frustrating. Shipt has made grocery shopping as simple as click and done. To use Shipt, all you need is the app and an account.
Shipt employs local shoppers who are trained to pick out the best produce and provide awesome service. Order online or through the app by picking the items you need. You can search by product or brand. After your order has been placed, a shopper will head to the store to pick up all of your needed items. Your groceries will then be delivered right to your door. No more tantrums in the store, stopping what you’re doing to head to the store, or packing up that new born with all it’s gear.

Shipt is new to the Phoenix, Arizona area and use Fry’s to fulfill orders. They are already up and running in 10 cities since May of this year. Including Birmingham, Nashville, Dallas, Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Atlanta, Sarasota, Charlotte and soon in Jacksonville.
Shipt offers same day delivery as soon as an hour after ordering. Shipping is also free for members who’s order is over $35. If your order is under $35, there is a $7 shipping fee. Membership only costs $14 a month, or $99 a year. You choose the option that best for you. Prices vary slightly from in store prices to help cover cost of picking, packing and processing.

To do lists and planning ahead are the two things that literally keep me sane! Shipt send like a great idea and I will definitely have to check it out.
A mother’s work is never done. But your to-do list sure makes it all much more manageable.
If you don’t stay on top of your tasks as a mom, they can really pile up on you! You have to stay organized!
I am a big procrastinator so lists are very important to me. I try to create lists for everything and they really help.
I thought I was super busy until I read this post! This printable would be so helpful!
I wish this was in my area. The membership and shipping (even if you had to pay it) are super cheap and make it worth it in my opinion.
Great checklist! My problem is that when it comes to things I do not want to do I am the biggest procrastinator!
I am super busy all the time and lately have found grocery shopping unpleasant, when I used to actually enjoy it. I’ve never heard of Shipt, but it sounds like it would help me keep my sanity. The problem? I coupon A LOT and can get some really amazing deals when I hit the store myself. Although that’s certainly not with every trip, so it would be helpful for those times I’m not doing my couponing.
One of our grocery stores offers a service kind of like this. Can’t wait until Shopt comes to Kansas City! I would love more store options, other than the one store.
It would be nice if we had grocery delivery where I live. It would save so much time. There isn’t enough time in the day it seems to get everything accomplished.
No way? That has to be the coolest thing ever. I will have to keep an eye on when it comes here. It would be super-helpful. Thanks for the heads up.
These are great ideas! Shipt would definitely save some precious time. It’s one less thing to worry about!
I’ve never even heard of this. What a great introduction. I’ll have to tell my brother and his wife about it because this is their thing! I totally procrastinate and never have things prepared in advance. lol
Great printable I will for sure be using this one!! I needed these tips I feel like my life is so upside down right now it’s crazy! I do everything and need to reevaluate!
Honestly if I don’t create a To DO list, then nothing gets done! I can’t stay on task otherwise and I forget way too much lately.
Shipt would really come in handy with the holidays coming up. Sometimes I need a few extra hours in my day, for sure!
Shipt was made for me. I hope it comes to my area soon. I love the kids, but shopping with them is not my favorite thing to do.
Shipt sounds great! I hope they come to the Chicago area soon. I love it!
OK this is just awesome! I need more time in my day and this would help out SO much I need to sign up for this!
I am the biggest procratinator ever. I need to just get it done.
This is such a great idea! Thanks for the tips Aubrey! We are definitely sharing them with our clients. 🙂
