S’mores No Churn Ice Cream Recipe


What says summertime more than S’mores and ice cream? Why, S’mores Ice Cream, of course! This recipe is SO good, you’ll be begging for seconds! With a rich layer of fudge and traditional S’mores mix-ins it will be a hit with everyone who gives it a try.

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 C cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C mini marshmallows
  • 2 handfuls chocolate chip chunks
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 4 sheets of graham crackers crushed into chunks
  • 5 T chocolate fudge

Directions:

In a large bowl whip up the whip cream until stiff peaks form. If it’s too soft then all the extra ingredients will sink to the bottom of the ice cream dish.

In a separate bowl add in condensed milk, sugar and vanilla extract and whip until combined.

Pour condensed milk mixture into whipped cream mixing constantly until all is combined.

Fold in marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate chip chunks.

Pour ice cream mixture into loaf pan and then swirl in fudge sauce with a spoon or knife.

Add some extra marshmallows, chocolate chunks, or graham crackers to the top and freeze for 6+ hours.
