I just left a VERY long comment (a post really) under your post about family fun in Bend, Oregon – and if you happen to know what town this awe-inspiring (at least to us folks in IL who have suffered through many miserable local “Pancake Days…) out-of-this world weekly (or monthly?) SWEDISH Pancake breakfast.

    Anyway, my Honey/Hubby can’t stop day (and probably night too) dreaming about this fabulous Swedish feast – and would gladly plan a trip to Oregon just to experience the Swedish Pancake Breakfast!
