I absolutely love to bake.  It is relaxing to me.  I love that I have a recipe, and if I execute it correctly, there are delicious baked goods waiting for me and my family at the end of it all!  But then there’s the clean up.  The scraping off the pans and hand washing them because they don’t work in the dishwasher.  These Sil-Eco Baking Mats are awesome for clean up.  You just need to wipe them clean and let them dry and you’re done.  And the baked products don’t stick!  They come off whole and leave the surface clean.  You really don’t need to grease the pan.  I made gingerbread for my family to come over and enjoy (with generous helpings of whipped cream!).  I adjusted the oven temperature slightly, but using these mats was a breeze!  Now I need to go out and get some for my cookie sheets, too – I’m never going to want to bake with anything else ever again!
