2. Exercise: Staying in good physical condition allows your body to better fight off infection. However, it’s important not to overdo it if you’re sick. Moderate exercise is key.

  1. I love vitamin drinks. They really help keep you healthy. I have not tried Zarbees yet, but I will check them out. I have also found that taking garlic pills keep colds away. Take 1-2 every night and build you immune system. If you do get a cold, take 4-5 for a few of days to shorten your cold.
