Summer Must Haves For The Whole Family

I’ve mentioned this before and I’ll say it again; I hate Arizona summers! With temperatures well over 115 (trust me, this kind of heat is just plain cruel) my family is constantly on the lookout for ways to stay cool and refreshed. Experiencing a similar situation? My husband just decided that he wants to start training for a half iron man. Part of training includes swimming laps a few times a week (perfect way to escape the heat, huh?).
