I’m a Maytag Kitchen Mom! #MaytagMoms

Maytag Kitchen Mom

I am so incredibly excited to announce that I was picked to be one of the Maytag Kitchen Ambassadors! I will have the opportunity to test out a kitchen appliances from Maytag! My current set of appliances have served us decently well for 7 years but have started to give us issues. Our ice maker in our freezer hasn’t worked for over two years now and we had one of our burners go out on us at one point. I can’t wait to try out a appliances backed by a 10-year warranted and that are Energy Star Qualified!

Maytag Ice20 French Door Refrigerator #MaytagMoms

One of the awesome appliances I will get to try out is Maytag’s Ice20 French Door Refrigerator with Easy Access Refrigerator Drawer! Isn’t this fridge gorgeous? I absolutely can’t wait to try out a fridge with french doors and a bottom freezer. Having the freezer at the bottom will keep the cold air in better and the french doors will provide way more room for wide and awkward items we often have to store in our fridge area like serving trays, casserole dishes, or a big watermelon! I really love the idea of the easy access refrigerator drawer. My boys are constantly opening up the fridge to look in and stare and take way too long to grab something. I plan to stock the easy access drawer with all our kid approved snacks and train them to only look in the drawer to save energy! Plus, it looks like it will be within easy reach for them as well to ensure them a bit of independence.

Maytag Triple-Choice Range #MaytagMoms

The Maytag 6.2 cu. Ft. Capacity Electric Range with Triple-Choice and Speed Heat Elements has some awesome features I can’t wait to try out! One really cool feature is the Triple-Choice spot on the stove that lets you heat one of the spots at 6″, 9″, or 12″ so you use the size most appropriate for your pans. With our current stove we ALWAYS use the “double” burner size which is way to big for most of our pans because the small size isn’t quite big enough. It will be great to use just the size needed to save energy. Another feature, their AquaLift Self-Clean Technology, looks so great for keeping the oven clean and like new. I haven’t had much success in the past with the traditional “self-clean” options that just burn everything but don’t wipe clean like they claim to. Anything that helps save me time and keep things clean is a huge plus!

These appliances will be arriving late July so look for my first post in August and then on through November with my opinions and feedback with these Maytag appliances!
