Honey Bunches of Oats Greek

Breakfast time is always chaotic with four little boys and their growling tummies. I rush to get everyone fed and happy and my oldest out the door for school while sneaking in some breakfast for myself as well. Cereal is always the fastest option to get everyone quickly fed and get something that each child will like with out many complaints. I like Honey Bunches of Oats and have enough many of their previous flavors so I was excited to get to try out their newest flavor! The Greek Honey Crunch cereal is loaded with flavor and nutrients, too!

Each 1 cup serving packs in 33 grams of whole grains, 2/3 of the daily recommendation by nutritionists to eat at least 48 grams of whole grains per day. It is loaded with 12 essential vitamins and 5 grams of protein per serving as well all for just 230 calories.

I really enjoyed the new Honey Bunches of Oats cereal and since it’s so quick to grab a bowl and get a bite to eat I’ve found myself eating breakfast more regularly before I have to rush out the door to take my son to school. My husband and two year old loves the cereal as well. My husband usually only likes really plain cereal so it was fun to find another cereal that he would enjoy.
