Fanatee’s Addicting Word Game: Letroca

My husband and I are word game fanatics! Whenever my son goes to bed, my husband and I enjoy spending time together by playing word games. Playing games together provides an entertaining outlet that doesn’t involve vegging out in front of the TV. I love how word games are fun yet invigorate my mind. Although my husband and I have played MANY different word games, we are officially addicted to Fanatee’s addicting word game: Letroca.
Let me tell you a little about how Letroca works. The main goal of the game is to find the most words using the letters given. In order to move on to the next level, you must find the largest word. The more words you find, the more points you achieve. Sounds pretty simple, right? Well, at the beginning, that’s what I thought! However, after advancing to higher levels, I realized how challenging this can be. This challenge provides self motivation to try and improve my score with each new level.
I love how there are three different ways to play this Letroca. The “classic” mode is the game I explained above; in order to advance to the next level, you must find the largest word before the timer runs out. If you are like me and don’t like working under the pressure of time, then “zen” mode is just for you; this mode is exactly the same as the classic mode with no time limit. The final way to play this game is by using the “half” mode; in order to advance to the next level, you must find half of the words. Compare your score with friends on Facebook. With so many fun ways to play Letroca, there is a mode for everyone.
As I mentioned earlier, my husband and I adore playing Letroca together. The only downfall associated with Letroca – it’s extremely addicting! Playing this game together allows double the mind power. Letroca is extremely simple to use, understand, and makes my brain work. At the end of each round, you can tap on the word to see the definition. Ever since playing Letroca, I’ve learned many new words. What a fun way to teach young kids how to spell.
