Oh the Woes of Being a Woman!

Being a woman means so many different changes to our bodies from our childhood, then the teenage years, and again as we start bearing children, we can’t forget menopause, and our bodies continue to change as we age. Through all of these different stages of being a woman, our body is going to change and need some help from time-to-time.

Poise Microliners provides coverage for light bladder leakage while being ultra paper thin!

I’m currently on my 7th pregnancy, my 5th child. With all the changes my own body has been through, it’s true that my bladder just isn’t the same as it once was. Granted, most of the time I don’t have any problems. But get me staying up too late and laughing and I turn a bit delirious and fall into uncontrollable laughing fits. It’s a hoot, I would imagine, to watch! It’s times like those where you laugh so hard you pee — yup, it does happen. That’s where Poise Microliners can help.

They are ultra, ultra thin. Just look at the width comparison above. The Microliners are thinner than keys, a quarter, and even a loyalty card.

Despite how thin these liners are, they can absorb a ton! I put them to the test and quickly poured on about a 1/2″ of water from this cup. Not only did the microliner easily absorb all the water, it absorbed quickly and held it the liquid, too, even against a light press.

Here’s a look at the pad full, it’s probably about as thick as a quarter, here, which is still very thin considering how much liquid this microliner is holding. It will definitely hold up to any light bladder leakage or other times you may want to depend on a ultra thin liner to protect you. They are made to absorb liquid, neutralize odors, and stay up to 3x drier than period liners!

Poise is offering a FREE sample of their new Microliners! Head on over to grab your free sample before the supply runs out!

Have you had times you needed a Microliner?

  1. Wow, that liner sucked up that moisture like a champ! No wonder these are so popular!

  2. I have had a few time where these liners would have been perfect. Last year i had a very bad cold and i would get into these fits of coughing so hard i would pee a little. I will be checking out the free sample. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I love Poise products and received my sample a few days ago. I usually use the thicker ones for my needs but these thin ones are great for those who have only the once in a while problem.

  4. Well, this is good to know. I’m approaching 50, so I would imagine that I might have issues like this just around the corner. I can’t believe how much water one little pad could hold. That’s awesome!

  5. I have a box of these in my bathroom. I also keep some in the guest bathroom for friends who might have the need while they’re visiting. These microliners are seriously thin — you don’t even notice they’re there!

  6. Fortunately I don’t have this issue too often, but dang, I could have used one of these the last time we visited the trampoline park!

  7. I have three kids and four pregnancies… need I say more? Ha! I can’t laugh or sneeze…

  8. That is a great amount of absorption. It is so great that there is something so discreet for women who need help with LBL.

  9. I don’t have leakage issues, but there is a whole group of moms in my zumba class who do & there is always a collective sigh when a song with jumps comes on!

  10. Wow! I can’t believe how thin they are, and how much liquid they can absorb. That’s amazing.

  11. After I had my baby my bladder went wacky also. I recently got to try these out and love them! So much more effective than regular panty liners.

  12. I’ve had many times where I needed a Microliner! I’ve only had 1 pregnancy, but had to have a bladder tack done 14 years ago. I still use pads just in case I have a laugh/cough/sneeze moment!I want to try the Poise microliners because the pads I use now are thicker and, I’m afraid, sometimes visible in my clothing. Thanks for sharing about these liners!
