- 1 cups fresh spinach
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup non-fat Yogurt

Cantaloupe Smoothie
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups frozen cantaloupe chunks
- 1 banana

Apple Berry Spinach Smoothie
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen apple chunks
- 1 peeled and sectioned mandarin orange

Strawberry Banana Spinach Smoothie
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas

Tropical Spinach Smoothie

I love to put spinach with apples, because the apple texture tends to hide the spinach for me. Cantaloupe is so yummy and refreshing – this is the one I really want to try!
I love sneaking veggies into my meals. You just have to be careful with the fruits and veggies you mix because you can end up with a gross brown smoothie haha.
