Cate & Levi People Puppet Review

Cate & Levi People Puppet Review & Giveaway

As the founder of Cate & Levi, Josh Title, awaited the birth of his first baby, he was disappointed in the lack of one-of-a-kind products out there for children.  He set out to produce high quality items that would be “today’s plaything and tomorrow’s keepsake.”  The Cate & Levi Collection is environmentally responsibly produced at the same time as being completely homemade and durable.  He personally oversees the production of his entire collection.  Each puppet, stuffed animal, and other item he makes is completely unique – no two of their products are alike!  Each is made of reclaimed wool and all of the individual colors and textures are hand selected.  The Cate and Levi Collection includes adorable puppets, stuffed animals, pillow pals, zoo cubes, blankets, change purses, and more!

Cate & Levi People Puppet Review Cate Levi1

The first thing I noticed when I pulled out my Cate & Levi Pirate People Puppet (besides the fact that it was absolutely darling!), was that it was made of such high quality materials.  It is thick, durable, and is stitched together so well.  The details on this pirate are so cute.  Normally children’s toys are so brightly colored and patterned, and the fact that this was more subdued is appealing to me.  Also, my husband commented that normally children’s puppets are too small on his larger hands, but that his hand fit in it perfectly.  I, however, didn’t feel that it was too big for my smaller hands, either.   I wondered what the care instructions would be because it is wool, but was happy to see that it’s machine washable and can be dried, too – that is a big must in my house!  As you can see, my little guy loved it, too!  He laughed, hugged it, grabbed its little hands, and even tried it on himself.

Cate and Levi People Puppets can be found online at cateandlevi.com and retail for $30.
