This past weekend was my husband’s birthday. He was celebrating his last birthday in his youthful 20’s. To celebrate, we invited over family and a few friends for a fun dinner and a movie night at our home. With my husband traveling every other week for work, I wanted to plan a party for him, but I’m always the last minute type so I didn’t want to stress over lots of little details. Everyone loved being able to pick their own sandwich preferences with so many varieties to choose from. My picky middle child pulled off his pickles, but was very happy with everything else on his sandwich. The sandwiches were a big hit and we had just enough to have everyone well fed!
Here’s my husband enjoying the birthday seat and his meal. After everyone was well fed, we turned on a movie on our home theater system and everyone enjoyed watching and laughing together.
